I create a rough sketch based on your idea.
You review it and request small adjustments if needed.
Once the sketch is approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin the final painting.Painting Process (3–7 days)

When the painting is completed, I send clear photos (and a high-resolution scan if requested).

- This is a personal-use commission. You may display it in your home or gift it, but commercial use is not allowed.
- I retain the rights to use the artwork in my portfolio and post it on my social media with a watermark.Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Before the sketch is approved:
You may cancel the commission at any time.
No payment has been made yet, so there is nothing to refund.- After the sketch is approved and the 50% deposit is paid:
The deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers the planning, sketching, and preparation work.- After I begin painting (3–7 day process):
No cancellation or refund is available, as traditional paintings cannot be undone or resold.- If I need to cancel for any unforeseen reason:
You will receive a full refund of all payments you made.- Shipping-related issues:
Once the artwork is shipped, refunds cannot be provided for delays or loss caused by the postal service.
If the artwork arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours so we can arrange a solution (partial refund or repaint depending on the case)
